It's kinda crusty. Almost like a barnacle but they're just white dots. Maybe 2mm in diameter at the most. It's growing all over the back wall and the reservoir with the pump.

Spirorbid worms, they are normal and harmless. Common to have an explosion of them in newer tanks IME. Soaking equipment in citric acid makes them easier to clean (or diluted HCl to vaporize them lol)
