Reef Clean up Crew Orders

It seems there is enough interest to get a group order of clean up crew going. I am heading down to Florida for a week and if convenient, I may try to go direct to the source and see what deals I can get down there. If not, we can place an order online or get a shipment from a local FS. I think the first step is to get some numbers going on what people want. I used the costs from the website that will ship for free but will call around and see if there are better deals

I don't know. probably next week or the week after. There doesn't have to be a minimum qty for each person since we are all buying together.

Yes I am gathering totals for how much. And will expect to be ordering and receiving earliest next weekend if I find something from Florida or will place the order online for shipment Tuesday or Wednesday from online.

I have 10 Astrea Snails few hermits and some random snails dont know what it is...

My system juat got moved from 65 to 125 dealing with diatoms.

Any recommendations??

Diatoms are a b****. Not many things eat it, or nothing I know of, other people may be able to chime in there.

There are a few methods that can kill it. I have had success with reduced lighting and daily, if not more often, sucking it up with a homemade sand vac, running the sucked up diatom mess through a uv, and then through a filter sock. It was a pretty cool little tool I made and I didn't have to waste any water.

So I have bare bottom 125 gallon tank with 7 small to mid fish.
Feeding once a day.

With that being said can anyone help me what and how much of it I should get??

I'd say 20-30 hermits, a few emerald crabs, cerith snails and zig zag periwinkles are all good. Without sand I would avoid conchs and nassarius. It's good to have a good mixture of these guys and price is good
