So I am setting up a new sea horse tank. Anyone have any advise on keeping them, inital start up, best place to buy them, best parameters , etc? I'm doing a 40 gallon cube tank. It will have a 10-20 gallon sump, AI prime light, Eshopps psk75 skimmer, & a Finnex HMA-150S heater.

If you're looking to buy them locally, check out Optimum Aquarium. Otherwise, liveaquaria.com and saltwaterfish.com both have them most of the time. Depends on what species you're looking for I guess.

I took the Seahorse Certification from Ocean Rider, it's free and they help you along the way! I learned so much and still refer back to the materials often.

They are easy to take care of as long as you keep them feed and not too strong of flow. I have done a tank with two seahorses and a blue mandrian. It was my favorite tank till i had to move and break it down.
