I have been looking for a specific piece of equipment for about two weeks now and have had no luck. I have heard "we are waiting for the manufacturer to call us back" so many times it was sad. I should mention at this point that none of those responses came from any ARC sponsor. I called Aquarium Specialty and was told that they did not have it in stock but give them 5 minutes and they would "call the manufacturer" and let me know.

3 minutes later..................... I got a call back and was told that the manufacturer had it in stock and they would have it drop shipped directly to me and that it would go out tomorrow. I gave them my CC info and had an email confirmation before we hung up the phone. Now that is what I call service. And with my ARC discount it was like getting shipping for free.

Awesome! If I may ask, what kind of equipment is that hard to find?
