Is the return pump over sized?

Sorry I didn't see the pics of the build till now and I see a pretty big flow restriction in the return plumbing.

Jebao DCP18000, 4750 gph, max height 29' its plenty
Yeah that should be more than good. The Tee where the line comes in from the pump to feed the 4 returns adds a ton of head and back pressure. It will add to the flow of the manifold though.

Tank is doing a great job on ammonia and nitrates, nitrites are still a little high, so all these will be fine in short time. My concern now is Ph, on day 16 it is .23. I added gfo a few days ago and I think I'll get some Chaeto going. About 1/3 of the rock was cycled in a tote for months, long enough to leach Ph to almost nothing, but the rest was dry. Not sure what kind, I expect it was mined in Florida. It was pressure washed then heavily bleached for 8 days, pressure washed again and rinse several times with hose water, and left out in the rain and sun for a few weeks. Curious to see how @Adam does with his acid treatment. Any suggestions on how to get the Ph down quickly while there's no livestock in the tank would be great.

GFO in a reactor will drop it - too quick in my experience but you have not nutrient import right now so the quick drop may not be an issue in your circumstance - you'd be welcome to some I have here but I know I'm far away from you.
