The Pico Vase, the 10, the 20, the 80...Addicted much!

Hey guys. Chris here. Yes, most of you don't know me. Which is OK. I represent the west Central part of Georgia down here in Columbus. Anyway, a select few of you may remember I popped up around March of this year to this forum asking all sorts of the noob questions.... Don't get me wrong I'm still not claiming to be anything but noob still. After seeing how you guys love seeing build threads I thought I'd give an update in what's been going on since March. In January I didn't even know what a skimmer was, now in July I have 4 tank builds going on in various stages around the house.

My 80 rimless has been the slowest due to other house remodeling projects. So it hasn't been placed in its final resting place yet. For it I've built a stand added a 40 gallon sump to soon get baffles.

The 10 gallon has 5lbs pukani, 5 lbs reef saver dry rock which got a nice bath of muriatic acid. I'm almost complete with the nitrogen cycle....so excited. I have a "Chinese" led mars aqua full spectrum box light arriving tomorrow for it.

The vase reef was something I was drawn to because of its simplistic form. Air pump, heater live sand and live rock. I have a par38 bulb and about to start adding my first coral. Maybe one banded coral shrimp. I made a quick little galvanized pipe lamp for it that I thought was kind of neat.

The 20 long I got because I have a man cave room that's turning into a fish room. I took the top rim off and going to euro brace. Getting silicone off glass is a pita!! I'm gonna try a Carlson or borneman surge on this one but also going to run a larger Rubbermaid 50gallon stock sump under it and will be tying a 55 to that system as well. May try my hand at clown breeding. So yea. As you guys can see. Addiction isn't even the word for it. Check pics below
