I am interested in the Project Aware Shark Conservation course in Florida next year.
Anyone have any recommendations on whom and where?

South beach divers have a program for this certification. But if you want to really learn about sharks, volunteer with U Miami Shark conservation program. They have lectures as well as tagging projects.
