OF skimmers

On the front page of your web site you are advertising, New Skimmer! Ocean Force Low wattage.Is this different from my old OF skimmer? I see the OF 100 is advertised at 18 watts. Mine current OF 100 pump says 32 watts.Are you using a new and better pump?Is this a upgrade for a older skimmer?

It's the same pump. The old one didn't have the correct decal. The wattage indicated on your pump is the wattage were it a flow pump. With the needle-wheel, it uses much less power.

Another question about my skimmer.On the collection cup, the lower ring which retains the cup to the neck began dis-bonding a couple months ago.Now it has completely come off.My question is.Is there a way that I could laminate it back into place?It still works great the way it is.But there is nothing to hold the cup physically in place.Gravity is the only thing keeping it centered.
