The build has began! I am tying my 300dd reef (in wall) and 200dd FOWLR (stand and canopy)! I bought a 12' x 16' shed and turning it into a large sump/fish room. Here are the in progress pics and then I will explain what I'm doing exactly!

Both tanks are drilled and gravity feeds into 2 independent 3" pvc pipes that run under my house and into the shed where the dump into a 50gal Rubbermaid tub that holds my 2 protein skimmers. The water then gravity dumps into a 150 gal Rubbermaid tub full of live rocks. In this tub is my three return pumps. 2 of the pumps feed back to the two main tanks via 2" pic pipes. The third pump feeds into my drilled 180gal aquarium that is going to be one giant refuge and gravity feeds back into the 150gal tub!

Last for now is the 300 is utilizing a Tunze wave box 7092 (makes awesome waves) and 2 - 1500 fans and the 200 is utilizing Red Sea wave master with 4 - 1500 fans.

JB yes the remainder of the 930gal is in the shed and should be up to 1000 this next weekend

What are you going to do for heat during the winter? I am using an air hanger to put my tanks in so curious how you are going to handle.

I live on Georgia Florida line and have very mild winters. With all my lights my heaters never even come on so the 2 - 1000watt heater should be enough. House and shed is temperature controlled.
