1. Big Fish Acrylic - March 2nd Meeting
   1. Invoice and layout in hand. Spent time looking at the layout.
   2. We are encouraged to rent tables. Atlanta Event Rental.
   3. Currently we have 6 vendors.
   4. Brian to call and get Wifi information
2. Combined Rules
   1. No changes, just rules combined in one place.
   2. Potentially creating a new node for just rules.
3. MASNA
   1. Brian Cook & Steve signed up.
   2. BOLO for public meetings
   3. Intent is still to join as a Club.
4. Tank of the Month
   1. In order to draw attention, we’ll send an email blast.
   2. How can we get this contest some attention?!?!
5. Marketing
   1. Mailchimp could get expensive for 4000+ emails.
   2. Maybe have people sign up to be communicated via email?
   3. Have a year end gift/ticket for different activities and sign up.
6. Trustees
   1. Potential trustee conversation?
   2. Changing the title of trustees
7. ARC Presentation
   1. Scuba Steve is going to be presenting later and wants a dry run.
