1. Finances - current breakdown
   1. Paypal - $587.97 & $426.90
   2. Checking - $4263.83
   3. Savings - $12,542.40
   4. Trust - $13542.50
2. Google email accounts
   1. David & Adam are meeting up regarding this.
   2. Adam to give Brian access to try and sort it out.
   3. Cost fluctuates month to month. ($50 - $100)
   4. Conversations about back end, email, slack and communication.
3. Xenforo
   1. Brian to set up individual Officer accounts.
   2. Accounts limited to elected officers.
4. IU Gary (accountant)
   1. Talk about giving IU Gary our accountants information to try and get our information back.
   2. Justin to reach out to IU Gary and exchange contact information.
   3. Filling in the tax situation.
5. WWC Visit
   1. Date has been set for January 30th - February 1st.
   2. But the date has been a moving target.
   3. WWC wants to see 2-3 tank on the 30th and 1 tank on the 1st.
   4. Bridgette to post on ARC RE a tank for WWC to check out.
6. March 2nd Meeting
   1. Conversation about Big Fish Acrylics as the location.
   2. Cost for table rental? Atlanta Party Events?
   3. Brian to confirm with Jason, Bridgett to post event.

   1. Tank spotlight activity
   2. Any idea on how to get some activity going
8. MASNA Membership
   1. MASNA site has changed and leadership is different.
   2. Talk to join again, everyone in favor.

Admin details:

• 575 current users
• Talk about doing away with current election methods to help continuity. Allowing longer terms and BoD stability. Members will still get final vote.
• Brief Mod discussion about meeting and permissions.
