- Potential to add trustee making total trustee count 5.
- One carry over from 2020, Andrew Sharkey will be Trustee for 2021.
- Vote – all in favor
- Voicing of concerns about current Covid-19 situation.
- Holiday party to be similar to frag swap
- Best ways to do a hybrid-type raffle consisting of folks there and folks who signed up for the raffle online.
- No food based on concerns over Covid-19 and location cleanup.
- December 13th is temporary date, waiting for approval from the venue.
- Need to do a better job with temperature readings (covid).
- Trident, Noopsyhce, Gift Cards from local stores…
- LFS purchases to be from: Classic City, Creation Pet, Premier Aquatics, Pure Reef, Southern Aquatics, The Fish Store, Reef Shac, Atl Aquarium
- Details to be worked out in forum as far as additional prizes.
- Budget - $6000.00
