I have tried to simplify my shipping fees. I ship to 48 states and and for 47 states priority overnight is the only way I ship. In the past I have offered a coupon code to my buyers in Georgia to lower shipping costs. But with offering an additional 10% for ARC members it is making the procedure a little more complicated. Hopefully it is a simple fix or a mod install will solve problem.
