Hi, welcome to ARC.
Aside from reading, a lot. There's tons of videos on YouTube.
Beyond those, I'd say the best way to learn is to get out and see other members tanks, ask questions and find something you'd like to emulate. Then ask the person if they'd be willing to come see your setup and offer pointers.
I'd say the vast majority of us love to show off our tanks and are more than happy the help.
Just remember that there are many ways to accomplish the same thing in this hobby. No two tanks are the same and try to keep the people giving you advice to a couple, maybe 3. When you get several people trying to help, you can run into information overload.

Patience, diligence, and trial and error. Tell us a little about your tank like age, current livestock, size, equipment and most importantly parameters
