Dispute the charge on with your bank or creditor then file a complaint with the better business bureau.

AquaSD is really good site for alternative. I had ordered in the past from FragLab and received in good shape but maybe things changed. That’s too bad.

Sorry for the grief.
I've been there a couple of times when they first opened - they were just running it out of his basement. I don't know what has happened since then.

At this point, its hard for me to think of any scenarios where making a house call would have a positive outcome. I would just dispute the CC charge and get it reversed.

So strange, they seemed like they were off to such a good start. They are right next to one of my biggest clients so I used to stop by pretty frequently and I bought plenty of frags there. Now it almost seems like they quit the business but never got around the taking the web page down so people keep buying but there's no one answering on the other end.
