One MP60mQD vs Two MP40mQD

About $40 bulks difference. Are two MP40mQD better than one MP60mQD?
Power-wise 60W vs 38Wx2 and also more spread.
Guess one MP60mQD will look neater with less cables going around and stay better on thicker glass.
More ideas?

Exactly this for the main reason of random flow. A singular source of flow is limited to just that, from a single direction.

In my 66g I have 2 gyre 2ks, a gyre 1k and a mp10. All are turned down a bit but are angled different ways to get more random flow

Thanks. How about the noise level.. could two small be noiser than one large. I am a bit too sensitive to those noise
