I. Discussion concerning the ARC November meeting and club raffle.
A. Reviewed raffle prize(s) for the meeting, Details to follow in an official announcement in the November meeting thread.
II. ARC Election discussion
A. Election ballots to be handed out and collected at the November club meeting on 11/21/15.
B. Ballots will have nominated candidates and accommodations for Floor Nominations.
*We are still looking for a nomination for the position of President.
III. 2016 Frag Swap
A. Discussions have started on the 2016 ARC Frag Swap/EXPO, looking at a February date (actual date TBD).
B. Exploring Venue options and possible vendors.
