Today I mindlessly used a clorox wipe on my newly cycling tank while cleaning around. The tank is a Fluval Flex 32.5G so it has a lid that was wiped along with the outside glass. I don't think any of the wipe actually touched the water but there are small gaps where I guess it could permeate. I'm on day 5 of a fishless cycle using Dr. Tim's so luckily no fish are at risk, but should I be worried at all? I don't want to do a water change while cycling according the the guy at my LFS and I think exposure would be minor.

What could I look for or test for to see if it will be problematic?

Rinse the lid off and carry on.

To clean my glass front on my tank i use a spray bottle with water in it and a cheap squeegee. No chemicals.
