I am moving at 120 gallon long (60x18x24) tank this weekend and wanted to know if anyone has used these things called "shoulder dollies" to move a tank. It will be me and another gentleman so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, would housing 3 tangs in the 120 long be too much? It would be the following

Yellow Tang 5”
Purple Tang 4”
Tomini tang 4"

I’d strongly recommend using suction cups and 4 strong people to move a tank that big. Shoulder dollies don’t seem stable enough.

You shouldn’t have moving 120Gallon with “Just two person”. I’ve done it many times before using just hand strength as well as the “forearm dolly” which came out before the “shoulder dolly”. And in my experience of using both, forearm dolly works way better as for setting up.

I had like 5 tangs in 4 foot 120Gallons and they were perfectly fine.

Now, I’ve heard that tangs were super dumb, from reef bum’s podcast. That they were meant to be schooling fishes.
