Most will be able to process cards via smartphone or some will take paypal. All these devices depend on being able to get service inside the building, which doesn't always work. Having cash on hand for technical difficulties is never a bad idea.

What Ringo said. I would say knowing each of the vendors they will take cards as long as there is WI-fi or phone service in the building.
