A6 DC 200 Protein Skimmer Vs Regal 6" Internal Protein Skimmer

Hey guys, any thoughts on the on the better skimmer? I’m putting it in a 160 gallon (200 total volume) likely over fed reef tank. Had a bubble king in a previous life, they seem a bit ridiculous now.

Also, appreciate any opinions on a good but reasonably priced RO/DI brand.

Bubble King expense comes from their pricey pumps. Amazing skimmers, but I can’t justify the cost at times. I highly recommend both the Regal and Elite line of skimmers from Ocotpus. I think you would need a regal or an elite 200 , a 220 if your sump has the space. SSS are nice but if you hav room, go with the standard INT. Cheaper and pump maintenance is much easier.
