I am looking for a 1/2" MPT Tap

The largest tap I have for pipe thread is 1/4"

Does anyone know where I can get one?

if not, anyone close want to lend me one?

You can get everything from 1/64" to 3" taps at Handy Hardware. I have 1/4", 1/2" and 3/4" that I bought from there.

Thanks guys! Northern is right down the street from me. If they don't have it, I'll order it from Handy.

The trick is the NPT threading....

Aquatic Ecosystems has them... lemme just whip out my trusty catalog (which is a MUST have)...

www.aquaticeco.com. Part Number: BNT4

If you use the search on their web site it comes up as a 1/8" tap, but if you click on it it shows them all and you can select the 1/2.
