Water change and live rocks
Can I use the water that I take from my aquarium during water changes to cure live rock in?

sure. depending how long you have to cure it. you will need to do a WC in the LR containers anyway. this way your not wasting it. IMO

Sure can. Throw a powerhead in for circulation and you are good to go. As stated above you will need to do a WC on the LR so just do that when you do a regular water change on your tanks.
