I just did my 48hr cycle of ChemiClean and finished my WC a few minutes ago. How long should I wait to put the skimmer back online?

As long as your skimmer does not overflow from too many bubbles you are fine. Just start it on the lowest setting

Last time I did a Chemi-Clean treatment on my 100, it took about a week for my skimmer to settle down.

I'm one week from my Chemi-clean treatment which did wonders on the red slime, but I can't even turn on my skimmer without it completely overflowing. I've adjusted it up and down to the right and left, but it just blows up. Am I ok not running it for awhile or should I be running it and just use an overflow jug, although i suspect that it will fill up in no time.
I did a 30% water change yesterday. Would doing another one help?
