Pay it Forward Part II
When I first signed up to this site, I saw a post called Pay it Forward. One of our members, Bill Boots (wmboots) said that when he got in this hobby it was all about sharing frags. It wasn’t about buying and selling. So, he offered to help out someone who was just getting started. I took him up on that and he gave me some very nice stuff.
Over the past couple of months, Bill has gone through a ton of problems and the net result is that he lost most everything. He is now in the process of setting up his 150 and starting from scratch. I want to see Arc come together and help out a wonderful member. I have already told him he can have anything in my tank. Well, except maybe my scoly, clam and nems. J Anything else he wants he is welcome to cut a frag. I would like to invite all of you to offer something up to help Bill get his tank back the way he wants it. Please post here if you have anything you can hook him up with when he is ready. Thanks, Rich

I don't think I have anything anyone would want, but I have a cool cabbage leather coral that's on a nicely purpled flat rock.

WOW thanks so much first off to Rich for the kind post and words, and to all of those of you reaching out to help.
I've never been one to post pics or brag about his tank but I will say the 90 gallon that crashed was a very nice if not gorgeous reef that had been growing for 5 years. I will be putting water in tomorrow along with aquascaping as best I can with 50lbs of Marco rock and somewhere around 100lbs of rock I took out of the 90. The new setup consists of a custom 150 (72x20x24), 40 gallon sump with refugium chamber, skimmer chamber and return pump in center, Reef Octopus NW200 skimmer, mag 12 return pump, closed loop system with little giant pump and when I finish retrofitting the canopy it will run 8 - 54 watt T5 lamps. Again thanks so much for your responses and I will send you PM's to setup get togethers and just be sure that as I have done in the past. As corals get to size to frag I will be Paying it Forward to help anyone wanting to get a start, who has had a system crash or they just would like a frag of something I have in my tank. |

water is in tank but because I can't use any of the water that was in the 55 gallon tank I was using to keep everything in I'm 30 gallons short. Filtering more water but that will take approximately 6-8 hours. Also I can expect a mini cycle so I will wait a couple weeks before put anything more in.
It appears a couple colonies of neon green paly's may have survived but that and 2 clown fish are the lone survivors |

So sorry to hear about the crash its never a good thing mine crashed last year and I lost so many expensive corals and fish. I'm finally getting back to a good point. With everything as said before I don't have much that's fraggable but your welcome to anything I got in my tank free once it gets to a point it can be fragged
