"New memberships can be obtained at the Frag Meeting. All one needs is $30 cash or check payable to Atlanta Reef Club. Immediate family members can be added for $10 each. There is a short form to fill out. I will have plenty of these forms."

No membership card required.

FYI- the BOD has approved the purchase of a card printer, as this was an ongoing problem. We had been using outside card printers, which were expensive and unreliable.

Wow, guys. This sounds like an awesome event. Kudos for setting this up. Too bad I am just beginning setup of my 180g reef tank. However, I still might swing by. I have been researching my behind off trying to make sure I do this right, and who better to learn from than a bunch of local reefers?

If I don't make this one, you'll definitely be seeing my beginning 2013. Great event!

I will be there at 8am Sat, Sponsors are welcome to begin setting up at that time. We may be able to give access to the room for Sponsors on Friday as well. If so, I will let all sponsors know if that is indeed an option.

My son just had a scrimmage baseball came scheduled and I would not be able to make it until around 1:30. Is it still worth coming or would I have missed most of the events? I am new at this and have not attended before so I really don't know what to expect.

Since it opens at 12:00 I would say there would still be lots to see and do. Unless all three of the scheduled speakers are short winded and/or talk over each other. :-) I say, "Come On Down".

So how does the whole thing for members work? If my daughter signs up as a member at the swap will she get a frag(s)? She'll likely get my BC29 when I set up the 135 and she'd love to have her "own" coral(s).
