Calcerous base kinda saucer shaped and paper thin polyps around the rim about a dime in diameter Top "shelf" retracts when disturbed And excuse the blurry shots - I am still a novice with this camera... |

Don't know but it's probably something that settled as a larva on the rock.
Over the years I've had a few things pop up like that ![]() Give it some time to grow and its identity might become more obvious. Jenn
