Whats everyone doing for Valentines?
I know The lady and me are gonna go see a movie and dinner. Then we are gonna try to drive up to Savannah to stay in my parents condo for a few days

I was thinking about doing something similar. Then after that I was going to try and meet up with this cool guy I know from arc in savannah to try and stay in the condo :P

Well, we are both working Valentines day so we are going to make a day together on Saturday, shes already made the reservations and its all set...
Wait SATURDAY??!!  Thats the frag meet.....AND Monster Jam! It sucks, I have said my peace about going to the frag meet and while she isnt happy about it and probably against my better judgement, Ill be there - Late but Ill be there. Monster Jam however will not happen..guess I gotta give my ticket back.

Meh. I refuse. 20 years and we haven't done anything for it yet, so why start now?
I don't knock anyone for celebrating whatever they choose to, but for me it's a "hallmark holiday" simply designed as an excuse to get me to spend money. Personally I avoid it and instead on absolutely random days, we will do something special. To me it's much nicer to get a boquet of flowers in the middle of August for absolutely no reason than to get a candy heart because it's the Feb 15th (or whenever V-day is).
