I am hoping to get some help here and I am hoping there is someone here who can.

I am taking a practical skill practice test type thing through Packet Tracer.

I am confused about a few things and could use some extreme help.

If there is anyone who is a Cisco CNET person and could spare a few to help me understand what I am doing that would be great.
