Great Customer Service..Shout out to Jenn!!
I just wanted to say that Jenn does a great job at customer service. I wanted the new Aquaticlife fixture that was just released and when my calls/emails/PM's to other stores went unanswered or unreturned I called Jenn.
Not only did she order my light for me, she became an Aquaticlife Dealer to give me the best price possible. I picked up the light the other day and it works great! soooo....if you are looking for Aquaticlife products - she can help you out!! Thanks Jenn!

I have to second what was said above. She got me a 6 bulb 48" light and now it looks like a long wait for more. This light really upgraded my tank and made it look real nice. This is a picture of the dack of the tank with the light hanging.

I'm so glad that you are pleased with your lights. I've already sold one of the extra 4-lamp fixtures I got in with Gary's and Rawn's... and I had a phone inquiry about the other - someone may come in to have a look tomorrow. Gotta love it when it works! Feedback on equipment, and requests for new products are important to us - we want to know that people are happy with what they bought, and when there's something new that people are looking for, it helps us pick and choose from the huge array of things available. It's hard to keep up with all the different stuff that comes out. And if for any reason, you're unhappy with something - we want to know about that too! Jenn

I have been using a T5HO AquaticLife fixture for supplements to my MH's for around 6 months and have zero complaints. It seems to be a real solid unit at a great price.

Ditto on all the sentiments here, we've never had anything but a great experience when we go out to visit Jenn... we never leave empty handed or headed, and tend to keep her past store hours just talking... well worth the drive... her service, knowledge, honesty and attitude ooze over into the internet here too!

Kudos to Jenn! I will always appreciate the super-service she gave to me when I had so much trouble with a light fixture I bought from someone else. Really went the extra mile and saved me a lot of frustration. Great service and great store!
