58 gallon oceanic set up for sale

I am selling my 58 gallon reef ready oceanic tank, stand and canopy. It is up and running now, I just don't have the time. Pick up will be in Athens. It has around 80 pounds of live rock (not sure of exact number). It will come with the following:
-Octopus recirculating skimmer
-Live rock
-150 watt metal halide with ballast and a couple months old phoenix bulb
-Large return pump
-plumbing
-10 gallon sump
-75 gpd RO/DI with 3 month old filters
-Sand (not sure how much but its pretty deep)
-2 heaters
-Light timers

-Torch coral
-1 saddle back clown
-1 chromis
-Snails
-Hermits

Warning: I have been battling hair algae so rock should probably be cleaned before adding to another tank.

Recirculating octopus skimmer (mesh modded) 1 year old: $80.00. I will include the feed pump I am using now.
Auto top off with pump and holding container: $60.00
Torch Coral with 11 heads: $30.00
Return Pump (Rio, not sure of GPH but is pretty powerful): $30.00
Saddle back clown: $10.00

Tank, stand and canopy with 150 metal halide and ballast: $300.00
