Big ups to Premium Aquatics.
I just want everyone to know how great the customer service is a www.premiumaquatics.com . I ordered an ASM mini g skimmer, which had a chip in the neck assembly upon delivery. I tried to contact them immediately and left a message. They called back the same day, which was last Friday, a holiday weekend. I was instructed to send in some pics of the damage. I was contacted on Tuesday and told they were backordered on a replacement. So, they sent me an Octopus NW-110 instead. It arrived today. Gotta love free upgrades.

I don't have room in my skimmer section of the sump. it is only 6" x 11". That is why I went with the Mini G in the first place. I had to position the octopus just right to get it to fit. It is on a 20 high with a 20 high sump/fuge for a total volume of around 30 gallons, so I think it will be alright. I keep light bioloads anyway.
