What a way to start the day
Got a call from a co-worker on my way into work and said that the office nano reef tank crashed. Sure enough everything was dead, even my personal ROD ONYX CLOWNS!!! The bottom glass of the tanks has a huge crack. What a way to start the day off.

Maybe a Reef collapse. Happened to me though it didn't crack the glass.

Thanks everyone.. No there wasnt any collapse of rock. Im thinking that there might have been some sort of small crack that was overlooked and due to the weight of rock, sand, coral, water it couldnt hold any longer. Hopefully we can save some of the corals. Only thing i could do was try and keep them moist until a buddy of mine could take them home on his lunch break and put them in his tank. Did have a couple of hermit crabs survive and a cowrie snail survive. Everyone here loved those baby onyx.

Oh man I am so sorry to hear that! Some times an unlevel stand can cause a pressure point so you might want to check on that but I am really sorry to hear that. LMK if you need anything.

Hate to ask a stupid question...when you say "ROD Onyx", are you referring to Rod Buehler? Or does ROD stand for something else? Just curious...
