45 Gallon Oceanic Aquarium package for sale

It is a 45 Gallon Oceanic tank and set-up that I bought all new a year and half ago and want to sell as a package. It is in excellent condition. Here are components. I just took it apart last weekend:

45 gallon Oceonic Tank, beautiful Cherry oak stand and glass top - Paid
$800

400 watt lights (96 watts each) with day lights, actnyic blue lights, fans and moon lights - paid $275

Red SeaPrism Energizer hang-on protein skimmer - paid $80

Milinnium 2000 hang-on water filter with replaceable carbon type filter - paid $75

Coralife AquaLight Power Center - has 8 plug day and night timer power strip (4 for timer) - paid $45

6 plug power strip - paid $25

Maxi-Jet 1200 underwater powerhead for wave maker water movement - paid $35

Water heater - paid $55

Live sand - $60

Total invested $1,450

I am asking $450 for all of the above. It is in excellent shape, no scratches or damage. I would be willing to help some one set it up if needed.

Very nice tank, I love this cube style, just set up a freshwater planted 22 oceanic like this. Oceanic makes very attractive and solid tanks. Got too many tanks and not enough money, but looks great : )
