Need plumber services for water heater
My water heater is only 3 years old and constantly drips hot water out Of the waste pipe. I've replaced the t/p valve and pressure valve and still leaks. Any help Wouk be appreciated.

sounds like you need a pressure reducing. valve if the pop off leaks by the pressure is too high or the temp is set too high. My guess is pressure.

I've replaced that already I can't find the temp dial and I have adjusted the pressure each way and nothing seems to work but I'm not good with plumbing

What is the temp? Do you have an expansion tank? If water pressure fluctuates alot and you don't have an air cushion the pressure relief valve is the week link and is doing its job. Pressure leaving the pressure reducing valve should not be higher than 90 lbs
