New here

Hello fellow aquarist,

B. Marion here. Been in the aquarium hobby for a couple of years. I mostly do fish only but I recently added some "pest" corals to my tank to try and give it some life lol. Looking for knowledge on some low maintenance, wide-spreading corals.

I currently own a 125g long, with a 55gallon DIY (55g long tank) sump.
Stock list:
Vlamingi Tang (assuming male since streamers growing long)
Slingjaw wrasse
Redbreast wrasse
Purple tang
Fox face
Kole tang
Orange-tail damsel

Finger leather - growing rapidly
GSP - attached to single rock
Blue Anthelia - spreading
Frogspawn - small

Welcome!

Welcome to the ARC! You found the correct thread area to post. Any questions, just post them in this thread area. Some will give you guidance, usually based on their own experiences. Most will probably ask to post a picture for clarification; especially if it's related to a sick fish.

Welcome to ARC!

Pest corals, eh? That's a relative term, I like the ones you've got already.

Discosoma sp mushrooms, Zoanthids, Colt Corals are also fast growers that are relatively easy to maintain!

Welcome!! If you weren't so far away, I'd be happy to give you a piece of my yellow polyp cabbage leather. It's quite easy to maintain and looks nice in a tank too. If you're ever coming over this way...let me know and I'll fix you up with a piece.
