180g, Not quite a build thread

Well, after several months (being a new daddy sure sucks away time from reefing!) I've finally got my 180g tank up and cycling. I need a new home for my tangs and this entire set up is being designed with them in mind. I'm currently housing a regal, yellow and two spot in my 90g and they really need a larger home.

Here are the specs as of now -

Marineland 180g
75g RR refugium
150g sump
Reflo Snapper main pump
Reefkeeper Elite controller
Vortech mp40w pwoerhead
Outer Orbit 3x150w MH light fixture (also has 12 white LED's and 12 blue LEDs)

The main thing that took time in getting this set up going was the rockwall background I made. After reading many threads here and on other reefing sites about rock and foam walls, I decided to try something different. There is no foam or zipties on my rock wall. It is simply egg crate as a support structure, rock and silicone. I am quite pleased with the results and look forward to your comments.

Full tank shot. Sorry. I am not photographer and these were taken with a point-and-shoot. I'm waiting for the hanging kit for the light fixture.

Left side.

Right side.

My sump room in the basement. The display tank is right behing the wall.

Close-up of left "island." The rocks are stacked and siliconed together.

Close-up of right "island."

Thanks! It actually extends up the wall a bit and to the left as well. It's bigger than it appears to be.

There're actually several caves built into the back wall as well as lots of shelves and places to plant corals. I wanted lots of places for fishes to hide out when they felt the need. There's a very large cave behind the right hand island.

I also built in several pass throughs and bridges so that there is some interest to the environment. I wanna try and limit any potential aggression by creating several different territories. We'll see how my tangs like it.

Made some screens last night for the top of the tank. Took about an hour to cut the pieces, fit them, paint them and install the screening. There are three screens total. Hopefully these'll keep the fishies in the tank.

They don't seem to block any of the light either. Thanks to Acroholic for the screen material.
