I use regular super glue, the gel. I take the rock out that I want to glue it to, glue the frag to it, and stick it in the water. It seems to harden the glue almost immediately. Also to get xenia to stick to rock, I put a rubberband around it and in a couple of days it should have a nice footing.

for the Xenia, find a rock with a little dish or hole or the xenia and then rubber band it, this will keep the coral next to the rock without putting pressure on the coral itself which tends to split it.

I'll second LegalReefer. Saw a monti frag just glued directly to the rock at Pure Reef.
