BTW, I was somewhat hassled by one LFS - they said they would let me slide this time, but I need my card next time. I haven't been there since, they can thank ARC.
+1 LOL . So far I have not had a problem with getting my 10% discounts from our sponsors.

Folks, please don't take this as "Blasting" but I hope everyone understands that patients is the name of the game here. We have one person who has to do this. She has a life outside of ARC and has a job to think about. When she can, she works on getting new cards together, getting them mailed and all the other stuff that goes with the job. And, she is doing it voluntarily! Not long ago a request for volunteers to work on Tank of the Month went out. I only saw one person volunteer to help with that. So my point is, please cut her some slack. She is willing to do something for this club that no one else is willing to do and I don't think she needs to read a bunch of snarky comments insinuating that she isn't doing enough.

Now if you feel you must unload on someone, you can blast me for the above comments but leave Stacy alone. She deserves better.

I don't think we are blasting (blaming) Stacy for not having our cards. I think most of the comments are in good taste. It's just a gentle reminder that we are anticipating the arrival of our bright new shiny proof of membership. I almost got mine at the meeting at Jenn's place but I got there too late and she had shut down the machine. (bummer)
