Anyone done behind the scenes tour at Georgia Aquarium?
We're planning another trip to the GA and I've been tempted in the past to take the behind the scenes tour. I've been on some at other parks and it's about 50/50 whether I end up being disappointed (usually too canned and not behind the scenes enough for me). Anyone taken the tour at GA, what did you think?

Many times, an yes it's worth it. Even more so for people who can appreciate what it takes to keep up with that much habitat.

I took the wife, she's not the fish person, and she enjoyed it. We were on one of the lucky tours that got to watch the feeding of the whale sharkes from the top!!

Do it! 100xbetter than the regular tour. You'll love walking behind the reef exhibit. Imagine achilles tangs around your feet if you will.....

I've done it 4x now and would do it again if I had an excuse to. It's awesome, even on repeats. They have fish & displays you don't see from the aquarium side, including some HUGE anglers or frog fish (I forget which).
On the last tour, I told the guide I was a hobbyist and had done the tour a few times, and after the tour he took my wife and I and our guests back inside and we went through the equipment room again.. Speaking of tours though. Another VERY COOL thing to do in Atlanta that gets overlooked is the City Segway Tours. They are a BLAST. About the same price as the Aquarium behind the scenes, and just a great time. Only done that once so far but it's on the "must-do-again" list.
