Tanks Shots

For awhile I have been fustrated by tank pics always coming out really blue with a lot of glare. This weekend I was about to run out of the door and had a pair of poloarized glasses on and noticed how crisp everything looked in the tank. I tried taking a few pictures with my iphone through my sun glass lenses to see what kind of effect it would make and WOW what a difference. I am attaching a picture I took of some ricordea as a before and after.
Attached Pictures
File Type: jpg before.jpg (70.1 KB, 100 views)
File Type: jpg after.jpg (74.8 KB, 100 views)

Try a polarizing filter on the camera yet? Or is it a point and shoot?

A polarizing filter should have the same effect as your sunglasses.

Taken with an iPhone. I know they have polarized lenses if you want to spend the money but I thought it was a cool trick on the cheap. Same reason I hired Rubbermaid to build my custom sump for me
