I called and spoke to Tim at MRC, they can fix it if some weldon doesn't....


Anyone local to the McDonough area have some weldon I could use???

The skimmer is leaking from the box to gate valve fitting. Hopefully someone has some weldon 16 I could use to goop it on there and stop this thing from the slow leak that it has.

A nice thick bead of silicone around it should hold it until you can find a better solution. You can use aquarium silicone or just about any tube of silocone from home depot. You'll have to shut your skimmer down for about 24 hours for it to fully cure. I believe you can speed that up with a hair dryer.
