Hello all, just started here. Getting a small nano reef going. I learn lots about this every day. I have a 10 gallon (I know - very small) saltwater. Have 10 pounds of live rock. A bag of live sand. Finished cycling and now have 3 bumblebee snails and 1 new yellow watchman goby. Just got the goby 2 days ago. Let him settle in for a day. I have copepods in my tank but since I know that won't do I tried to feed him a little mysis shrimp. First time, I took a tiny bit off the edge of one cube. Of course it swirled around and I doubt he found it. So, should I turn off the filter and try to direct it at him or just drop some in there and he will find it? I know he is a foraging fish, I just don't know if he has enough to forage yet. I had planned on giving him a bit of mysis each day.

Today, I hope to get a handful of caleurpa for my tank and maybe some more live rock. Thanks! - Sonyawp

Try Artemia, it is smaller and maybe easier for it to eat.
