I know we all are quick to complain, and I have read some threads about this store. But few of us usually take the time to mention the good things.:up:
Had a fitting on my R/O unit crack and break early Saturday evening.:sad: I was out of water and would need some Sunday. Went to Home Depot just before closing Sat night and they did not have the correct piece. Sunday afternoon I went searching shops in the Norcross/Duluth area; Nothing.
Called Aquarium Showcase about 4:30. Steve said he would check and call me back when he had a chance. He called about 5:30 (they close at 6). They had what I needed. I was 45-60 minutes away and they would be closed on Monday. Steve volunteered to meet me someplace on his way home and bring the part. He did, we did, and I am making the R/O water that I desparately need.
