Date of Birth 6/16/07: Hard to believe we used to just stare at this for hours. Who would have thought a pile of rocks in saltwater could be so fascinating?

Shroom Rock: My favorite LR in the tank (thanks, Wei!)

Starboard Side: Many items in my tank are not yet permanently placed and still getting rearranged nightly by hermits and emeralds. Some of the corals are closed, having just been placed (once again) back up on the rocks.

Port Side: The plate coral is one of my favorite tank occupants. This picture shows the plastic canvas I added to the mirrored back of the tank.

Christmas Tree: Loose polyps are glued here. This could end up to be pretty or just a big mess. We'll see.

By the way ~ think your fish are bratty? This damsel will come to the front of the tank and stick out its tongue! (or... could have been a piece of krill floating by.

Probably a hundred things *wrong*, but still learning as we go. My goal is a 55 gallon drilled (someday), but for now we're learning on this.

What a great hobby we've stumbled into!!!

Thanks to everyone for frags, good used equipment and advice. We've learned a ton but realize we've only scratched the surface.

By the way, other than the frogspawn, kenya trees and xenia, I don't know what all is in my tank. I've gotten bits 'n pieces from so many places. Feel free to play *I Spy* and identify things for me!!!

Wonderful aquascaping!

I'm sure Loren secretly trained the Damsel to do that lude tongue thing!
