Hello all,

Its great to see the club doing so well.

Over the years I've made friends met with some great people, had some great reefs, done some great trading, frag'd some beautiful creatures.

So, comes the time to give back... again :)

Please feel free to ask any questions:
Email at or PM me.

I'm not trying to sell this tank complete. I'm trying to break it down. So, yes the rock is for sale.

Any questions and offers welcomed:

It looks like you have a veritable aquarium store there so I'll just tell you what I am looking for and maybe you have it.

Firstly that rock that is featured in the first picture, Great corraline, how big, and how much, put me first on the list.

Do you have any in line pumps 1500 gph or better

Or any that will run a melev style hang on back closed loop setup.

Do you have a 90 gallon long tank. And lighting for it.

Let me know, my best friend lives in Atlanta and can pick up for me.

Thank you

is it everything you see in the photos thats for sale?

whats the price/lb on the LR?

any large output air pumps?

some specifics about the RO/DI I see perhaps? if thats for sale.

I could use 40lbs of live rock.

11-15-2005, 7:46 PM
Yes - pretty much what's pictured is whats for sale. The Ro/Di was bought and used when I moved a couple years ago. I think we made 100 +/- gal through it. It's a 75gpd. I have a new pre filter and yes its for sale.

The rock is mostly Altantic Gulf - some of the larger pieces came from Tampa Bay Saltwater. I thinking 3 dollars a lb. If anyone would like closer pictures or different angles - just let me know.

I'm in the Marietta / Kennesaw area.

I don't have any large air pumps -

Mag 12 (1200gph @ 1') for the MR-1 skimmer.

The MH are dual 175w iwasaki 10k w/reflector and dual PC's (Iwasaki bulbs are new)

80gal not drilled all glass

I'll post more info and pic's time permitting. :)

I thought the stuff and basement looked familiar, then I saw your email address and that confirmed it, LOL! :D

11-15-2005, 11:37 PM
Yes - it's me - how goes it? give me a call.. I think B has my new number.

Let me check on how many bags - would you be interested in any live southdown in the tank?

How does 220 for the MR-1 and the mag 12 sound?

Did you decide on a price for the center rock and its size?

11-16-2005, 1:23 AM
Which pieces in the center pic - or all of it. Some of those pieces are pretty big.

Do you want specific pieces?

3 dollars a lb. is a great price.

let me know.

- Rob

11-16-2005, 12:07 PM

I sent you an email last night but did not receive any reply.

How much are you wanting for the skimmer?

Also can you email me about all of the items I was asking about?

11-16-2005, 2:38 PM

I looked at my mail and couldn't find it - please resend.

My appologies,

Hi Rob!

Sorry. I just resent the email from last night to your correct email address.

Here's what I asked about:

Protein Skimmer
What kind of protein skimmer do you have? What's it total height? What size tank is it rated for? How much will you take for it?

I see that you have an acrylic sump/trickle filter. What are its dimensions in Height x length x width (front to back)? How much will you take for it?

Also do you have a 20 or 29 gallon tank? How much will you take for it?

Do you have a hang-on-the-back refugium (e.g. CPR)? If so, what's it's dimensions? How much will you take for it?

Light bulbs
Any VHO bulbs?

Hello All,
First time poster, New memeber, New to the Hobby.

I went over to Frag's House and loaded up on a lot of great stuff I needed or will need. Don't worry I didn't take everything, I don't think I made much of a dent actually. He has SO much stuff I feel like I missed some during my picking.

All I can say is this is my first experiance dealing with anyone from ARC (other than the last meeting) and it was a pleasure to do business with him.

I can tell you right now, if he has any of that live rock left next week I am going to go get it. I ran out of room in my car yesterday.

Thanks Frag

Sounds like you made it home ok :)

I'm sure more stuff will be uncovered.
We did find that other Rock ;)

Ohh -
I found the output line for the RO this morning.
Actully I found 2. I've set them aside.

I may be interested in some live rock. What is the lighting that I see in the picture and how much is your skimmer (and does it work)? I live in Woodstock.
