View Full Version : 300 Gallon Acrylic Tank/Sump For Sale $450
reeftankjunkie 08-02-2007, 3:46 PM I bought this tank from Jaime (slayer77) about a month ago, but have had some car troubles and need the money to fix the car, and will have to wait to set up my dream tank.:grrr:
Tank is 96 x 30 x 24, it has some scratches in it that needs to be buffed out. I bought this polishing kit http://www.etr-inc.com/shop/cart.php?m=product_detail&p=12 with some extra pieces and will include it with the tank for $100( paid over $150). I started buffing it last week and the area(top left in the picture) that I buffed looks good. There are also 2 cracks in the eurobracing that have been repaired with weld-on and do not affect the integrity of the tank itself. There is 1 overflow on each end and the tank is drilled for a closed loop.
If you need more pics PM me with your email address and I will email you fullsize pics.

reeftankjunkie 08-02-2007, 4:17 PM Not a bad idea, the merger of my two fav. hobbies, muscle cars and reefing. I wonder if the police would give me a ticket for not having my clownfish in a car seat?
Atlanta Aquarium 08-02-2007, 4:20 PM That's a good price for the tank.
horsesziggy 08-02-2007, 4:21 PM Its Hard Not To Try To Get This It Would Make A Great Sump For A Bigger Tank. Sal
reeftankjunkie 08-02-2007, 4:26 PM If someone want to buy it, I work at the airport in the evenings and could bring it to work with me to save the extra drive.
jessezm 08-02-2007, 4:31 PM The tank is very nice from the inside as well (where I recently crouched ankle-deep in muck scooping out sand and critters)!
