how long does it take for coraline algea to start spreading throughout the tank?

Given lots of calcium and sunlight, about 2 more months. Now Simon with 10x the water in sump as display has growth in 2 months total--I would say this is the fastest I have ever seen. Normal reef tanks take at least 4-6 months to settle in and even a year for some.
