Every time I try to load a picture I click on upload images. But I get an error saying I need to be logged on as an Admin or User. Why am I getting this error. Can someone help me please!

Hi Justin! Are you trying to load them as part of a post? You can do that as an attachment. You can't load directly into the main ARC gallery or the main page without the webmaster doing it.
