Calcerous base
kinda saucer shaped and paper thin
polyps around the rim
about a dime in diameter
Top "shelf" retracts when disturbed

Don't know but it's probably something that settled as a larva on the rock.

Over the years I've had a few things pop up like that :)

Give it some time to grow and its identity might become more obvious.
